*NEW* “Equus” Magnetic Horseshoe Nail Hat Pin
Equus is the Western Industry’s first & only magnetic horseshoe nail hat pin.
Prices range from $50 - $90.
Each piece is handmade with .999 fine silver and Kingman turquoise on a real stainless steel horseshoe nail. These nails are sourced from a retired farrier. I pay his family premium for consistent high-quality horseshoe nails left over from his decades-long career. That’s consistent quality I can pass on to you.
NOTE: NAILS ARE STAINLESS STEEL -- REAL HORSESHOE NAILS
Keep in mind, these nails are stainless steel. Steel rusts, especially in the presence of sweat and/or damp environments and humid climates. Take care of your Equus, cleaning when needed, and it will stay looking great!
The magnetic version is definitely the most secure. It's not coming off unless you want it to. And you can pin it literally anywhere and on anything.
The non-magnetic version is also a great option at a lower price, but you need to make sure it's tucked firmly in your hat band and you don't go wild slingin' it around.

As for the magnets, they are super strong neodymium rare earth magnets bezeled in .999 Fine Silver for a forever-hold. No cheap glues! And the bezeled magnets work to magnetize the entire nail! Each Equus (with magnet option) comes with a separate neodymium backing magnet that goes inside the hat.
The neodymium hat pin is an original and proprietary design element of Matthew Herring / Hallett Peak LLC.
